This place is awesome! Staff are great too. Not your everyday deli. Meats are produced in their production facility on site. Can’t get any fresher! Plus they have a lot of Dutch snacks and various treats. Can’t say enough good things about this place.

What’s In a Name?
Bratwurst
Bratwurst, a beloved sausage variety, is a culinary staple in many cultures, particularly in German cuisine. This delectable sausage is made from finely ground meat—traditionally pork, though beef or veal can also be used—meticulously mixed with a blend of herbs and spices that imbue it with its distinctive flavour. The seasoned meat mixture is then encased in a thin membrane, forming the iconic sausage link shape. Bratwurst are versatile; they can be found pre-cooked or uncooked, catering to various cooking preferences and methods. Whether grilled, pan-fried, or simmered, bratwursts serve as a hearty, flavourful component of numerous dishes. Bratwurst translated is Frying Sausage, some even call it the “Best of the Wurst!”
Mettwurst
Mettwurst is a flavourful testament to the rich culinary heritage of Germanic-European cuisine, distinguished by its Maple and hickory-smoked preparation. Crafted with a meticulous blend of pork, seasoning, and spices, this sausage embodies a symphony of flavours that dance on the palate. It pairs exquisitely with traditional sides such as tangy red cabbage and comforting potato soup, or elevates a simple meal when served on a soft Brioche bun with a topping of sauerkraut. To fully savor its depth of flavour, reheating is essential, ensuring each bite is as satisfying as it is authentic.
Lyoner Sausage
If you’re a fan of sausage or appreciate the robust flavours of real bologna, our Lyoner Sausage is a must-try for your palate. It’s a children’s favourite. This sausage is crafted with the utmost care to preserve the authentic German sausage tradition; each slice offers a delectable taste of carefully blended spices and meticulously aged meat. The Lyoner Sausage stands out for its fine texture and unique seasoning, making it a versatile addition to sandwiches, charcuterie boards, or even as a standout ingredient in main dishes. Experience a taste of Germany’s rich culinary heritage with every bite of our Lyoner Sausage.
Boerewors (South African Sausage)
Boerewors, a staple in South African cuisine, has effortlessly found its way across the globe, uniting expatriate South African communities with a taste of home. This savory sausage is traditionally crafted from coarsely minced beef, which may be combined with minced pork, lamb, or both, and is seasoned with a harmonious blend of spices such as toasted coriander seed, black pepper, nutmeg, cloves, and allspice. The preservation of boerewors involves a combination of salt and vinegar, ensuring its longevity, and it is encased in sausage casings. While boerewors is renowned for being braised—grilled over charcoal to achieve a distinct smoky flavour—it also adapts well to other cooking methods, including electric grilling, oven roasting, or pan-frying. Its traditional preparation results in a continuous spiral shape, not only paying homage to its cultural roots but also making it a captivating centerpiece for any gathering.
Schinkenspeck
Schinkenspeck, a culinary delight hailing from Germany, is a testament to the rich and diverse heritage of German charcuterie. This unique meat product is crafted from a select lean cut of pork, meticulously processed into a compact slab of ham that undergoes a traditional dry-curing and smoking process. As it ages, the ham is infused with a blend of juniper berries and a carefully chosen mix of spices, imbuing the meat with its characteristic flavour profile. The term “Schinkenspeck” itself is a fusion of the German words for ham (“Schinken”) and bacon (“Speck”), aptly reflecting the dual nature of this versatile delicacy. Being dry-cured, Schinkenspeck is ready to be savoured straight away, offering a robust taste experience whether served hot or cold, perfectly embodying the time-honoured traditions of German cuisine.
